She specializes in search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), content strategy, social media strategy, website optimization, digital storytelling, brand management, and audience engagement. Throughout her career, Amy has led high-impact digital initiatives across healthcare, government, higher education, nonprofit, financial services, hospitality, and professional associations—translating complex business goals into user-focused digital experiences that deliver results.
Amy holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Applied Technology from Drexel University.
